• All international contestants up to age 13, may enter the competition. The contestant must not be older than 13 years of age by March 30, 2019.
• Price winners of previous, Young Talent International Music Competition may enter but will not be eligible to win awards.

The competition offers 2 categories.

A-2 Piano

Solo or Piano Duet

This category is for all piano students performing solo or as a piano duet (piano duets, 2 pianos etc).

The candidate with the highest score, will receive the Grand Prix Award.

The top 3 finalists, receiving the highest scores will have a concert performance at the awards ceremony.

B-2 All other Instruments, Classical or Traditional

Solo or Duet

This category is for all music students playing an instrument other than piano. Piano may be an accompanying instrument in this category. This category is open to all different genres of music and instruments including Western, Eastern, Traditional or Folk.

The candidate with the highest score, will receive the Grand Prix Award.

The top 3 finalists, receiving the highest scores will have a concert performance at the awards ceremony

Entry Fee

The application fee is 50 Euros

The following information must be submitted with the bank transfer data:

• Name and family name of the participant
• Nationality and passport number.
• The receipt of bank transfer should be mailed to: info@ugy-istanbul.com
• The organization is not responsible for payments without the participant’s full name in transfer. In such event, the amount will be refunded minus the transfer fee
• Scholarships are given on need basis.
